Are refreshments available?
Yes. Complimentary drinks are available on site.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available for patients and visitors.
Is the centre accessible?
Yes. Disabled parking is available close to the entrance. The main entrance has automatic doors located next to the revolving doors. Wheelchairs are available if required. If you need assistance on arrival, please speak to a member of staff.
For appointments in our mobile units, a lift is available to support step-free access.
Can I bring my pet?
Only assistance dogs, such as guide dogs, are permitted within the centre.
Can I bring children with me?
Please do not bring children to your appointment, unless you have no alternative.

How to use our services

You can be seen through the NHS or as a private patient. You’ll need a referral first, and we’ll check it to make sure this service is right for you.
