Superb ultra competent Moldovan nurse in taking blood first time with no fuss.

The diagnostic centre is located in a very nice bio sciences park and there is free parking for patients.

The facilities are all new with colourful waiting chairs. The appointments are running on time. The CT scans take place in a shipping container outside the building but it looks very good from the inside

Been here twice now for CT Scan and Ultrasound and can honestly say they have the such great staff,very friendly and professional. Very clean aswell.

Amazing centre. Parking outside, fabulous new building and quick service. It’s more like a private clinic than NHS.

I went here for an MRI scan. Really happy to go here. It is in a lovely building on a science park. Free parking and all very relaxed.

I’m not a massive fan of MRI scans but the two radiographers looking after me were fantastic. Thank you.

A lot of the scans seem to actually happen out the back of the building in three mobile units.

I’d definitely choose this place again given the choice.

Had blood taken from Florence today and was one of the top 3 experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had many). Didn’t poke blindly for a vein and was a calming presence to my anxiety. Was really quick in and out (I did pre book) and I was a little late but they didn’t mind. Quality place! Just needs some better signage as I walked into the wrong building from the car park. Plenty of spaces though

Just came back from a blood test. I arrived early, and the receptionist was very polite and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long, and I was seen about 5 minutes earlier than my designated slot. I was seen by the lovely Izzy or was it Lizzy, apologies peri brain. She was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, polite, and a great sense of humour. I felt calm and relaxed, especially as I do have a fear of needless. Eventually, she found a vien as I am very difficult to find a vein. She was very gentle when taking blood. I was fortunate to have a good experience.

Parking was easy and free, not too far from the entrance. A short walk, so anyone with mobility issues should be fine, and there are plenty of benches if you wish to stop and rest.

Highly recommend this service, especially when GPs are chockablock. More than likely to get an early appointment than what a GP can offer. I referred from my GP as an option to go to the CDC, as my appointment with the GP would have been April 7th as the earliest. Location wise, it was closer for us than my GP.
