As well as our work as a CDC – we’re also an active hub for clinical research. Working alongside trusted academic and industry partners, we are helping to develop, evaluate, and implement the next generation of diagnostic tools and imaging techniques.
Whether you’re a patient interested in participating or a sponsor looking for a high-quality research site, we’re committed to carrying out research that drives meaningful improvements in healthcare.
Participation in research is always voluntary, and consent based. If you’re attending the CDC for a diagnostic scan, you may be offered the opportunity to take part in a study. This might involve you answering a few additional health-related questions or including your (anonymized) imaging data in an ongoing study.
Every research project is ethically approved and fully explained – and you’re free to opt out at any time.
